Annual service contracts include visits brought on by system malfunctions. Visits are covered under service contract, meaning no charge for the service call (normally $135) including 1st hour of work.

What would not be covered is any parts, labor after the first hour, or the septic tank pumping should it be necessary.

24 hour emergency assistance is only available as part of the Annual Service Contract.
